IPT has developed the Gas-phase
carbonylation process for production of
DMC on the basis of deep studies on its
Italian origin, extensive R&D and precise
engineering. DMC is a versatile chemical with wide
application specially as electrolyte in
Lithium batteries, and reagent of
Polycarbonate (PC).
DMC can substitute MTBE as fuel additive,
and its poor solubility in water and
environmentally safe application, expands
its uses in detergent, paint, adhesives,
coating and pharma industries.
